Why Jettyless?

The field-proven jettyless system makes LNG accessible to locations with a lead time of 6-9 months for a new build, with chartering options to suit short-term demand. The IQuay design is modularised and offers schedule flexibility depending on the vessel and storage facility need.

The system’s design allows for liquid and/or gas transfer in challenging sea states while maintaining strict safety standards.The Universal Gas Balcony is to facilitate the quick connection of a submerged offloading hose or flexible pipe to the ship’s manifold.

Receiving and Unloading LNG from Ships

Shipping is a crucial part of the energy value chain: efficient gas offload and reload ensures the robustness of a global energy network, connecting supply side - liquefaction plants, and demand - regasification facilities and local distribution networks.
De-bottelnecking energy value chains is simplified with jettyless infrastructure, enabling quick deployment for gas import from FSRUs and FSUs.

IQuay F-Class

The design is based on the proven IQuay system with off-the-shelf components for continuous, high-pressure gas transfer.
The F-Class is a modular skid that is universally applicable and easily mounted to any high-pressure manifold deck.
The hoses connected between an FSRU or an FSU and shore can be either be floating or submerged depending on need.
The F-Class distance from receiving facility to shore or between vessels can be customized according to project need.

IQuay Configurations

By combining the F-Class with ECONNECT Energy’s IQuay C-Class, operational uptime can be increased offering customers uninterrupted supplier gas of LNG.
Depending on site-specific requirements such as weather and adjacent port traffic, terminal owners can utilise the jettyless IQuay C-Class or F-Class.
Both storage units and transfer assets can easily be relocated should the local power demand change over time.
